Can I book both the lodge and cottage together?

You can book them separately or together, depending on the number of guests you wish to accommodate. The cottage sleeps 6 while the lodge sleeps 9, making it a great space for getaways with family and friends.

When is the best time of year to visit?
The Huntington Lodge and Cottage are ideal to visit throughout the year. In summer, it is a cool retreat from the Sydney heat, averagings 10°C lower. During the winter, while temperatures are cooler, a fireplace, heaters, and electric blankets are provided to make your stay cosy and comfortable.

We encourage you to book as early as possible in peak times, as we are quick to book out.

Is it suitable to stay with babies/toddlers/kids?
The Huntington Lodge and Cottage are a great place to visit with children for a family holiday. We strive to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible, and can provide you with a high chair and cot upon request. Please let us know you’re bringing younger children upon booking and we will make the arrangements.

The homes are also well equipped with board games and DVD’s, while the gardens include a tiny hedge maze and bird feeders with birdseed.

Are pets allowed on the property?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted. However, assistance or therapy dogs are allowed under certain conditions. Please contact us for further information.
Is the property wheelchair accessible?
The property is not fully wheelchair accessible as there are a few low stairs in both dwellings. However, accessibility may vary based on specific needs. Please contact us for more details.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is included and free of charge. However, please note that we are located in a remote mountain area and internet service is often slow. The accommodation might not be suitable for those looking to work remotely.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is before 11:00.
Is parking available on site?
There is plenty of free parking available on site, with covered parking for 1 car at the cottage.
Is public transport available?
Unfortunately, no. You will require a car to reach the accommodation and surrounding areas.
